Eagle's Landing Family Practice is a full-service, state-of-the-art primary care facility with board certified Family Practitioners, Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners. Our staff is qualified to treat a wide range of health problems. We offer a unique range of in-office procedures.

Eagle's Landing Family Practice has 7 convenient locations throughout Henry County, Butts County and Rockdale County. For your convenience we are open 7 days a week in order to meet all your healthcare needs. Ages 4 and up and all walk-ins are always welcome.

Monday - Thursday 8AM - 5PM (Jackson and Honey Creek offices)
Monday - Thursday 8AM - 7PM (HWY81, McDonough Kelly Rd., and Hampton offices)
Monday - Thursday 8AM - 9PM (Stockbridge, HWY155 office)
Friday 8AM- 5PM (All offices)
Saturday 10AM - 2PM (HWY 155, Stockbridge, Honey Creek, and McDonough Kelly Rd. offices)
Sunday 12PM - 4PM (HWY 155, Stockbridge, Honey Creek, and McDonough Kelly Rd. offices)
At Eagle's Landing Family Practice we are Providing Care at Your Convenience.

We participate in numerous insurance programs, including worker's compensation. All of our offices are staffed for your convenience.
