Eagle's Landing Family Practice is a full-service, state-of-the-art primary care facility with board certified Family Practitioners, Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners. Our staff is qualified to treat a wide range of health problems. We offer a unique range of in-office procedures.

Eagle's Landing Family Practice has 8 convenient locations throughout Henry County, Butts County and Rockdale County. For your convenience we are open 7 days a week in order to meet all your healthcare needs. Ages 4 and up and all walk-ins are always welcome.

With Convenient hours at each location, we are always available to meet your healthcare needs. Open Monday thru Thursday from 8am to 7pm. Friday from 8am to 5pm. Saturday 10am to 2pm (McDonough Office on Kelly Road, Stockbridge and Conyers). Sunday from 12pm to 4pm (McDonough Office on Kelly Road, Stockbridge and Conyers). Conyers Location Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm. At Eagle's Landing Family Practice we are Providing Care at Your Convenience.

We participate in numerous insurance programs, including worker's compensation. All of our offices are staffed for your convenience.
