was born in Jamaica, West Indies. She migrated to the U.S. in 1991
and achieved her Associates Degree in Nursing at LaGuardia Community
College, New York in 1995. She then received her Bachelors of
Science Degree in Nursing at State University of New York- Downstate
in 1999. Karen relocated to Georgia in 2001 where she later achieved
her MSN Degree in 2007 at Kennesaw State University, Kennesaw. She
now resides with her husband Newton and her daughter Ashley in
Hampton, Georgia.

is a Family Nurse Practitioner from Jonesboro, GA. She has over 25
years of experience in nursing. After receiving her bachelor of
Science degree, she attended Georgia State University and received
her Master's of Nursing Degree. Mrs. McDaniel is certified by the
American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She resides in Griffin, GA.
Michael T. Fortson, M.D.
was born and raised in Rome, Georgia. He received his Preceptorship
from Mercer University and the Medical College of Georgia. Dr.
Fortson completed his undergraduate studies at the University of
Georgia and received his M.D. degree from the Medical College of
Georgia in 1989. Dr. Fortson completed his residency at St.
Vincent's medical Center in Jacksonville, FL. He is a Diplomate of
the American Board of Family Practice.
