Julian ("Jay") K. McLendon, Jr., M.D. was raised in the small tow of Bremen, Georgia. Dr. McLendon completed his undergraduate studies at West Georgia College and received his M.D. degree from Mercer University, Macon, in 1991. Dr. McLendon completed his residency at East Tennessee State University's Bristol Regional Medical Center. Dr. McLendon joined Eagle's Landing Family Practice in August of 1996. Dr. McLendon is a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Practice.

Jennifer Thompson, APRN, FNP-C - received her undergraduate degree from Georgia Southern University in 1995. After receiving her Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia Baptist College of Nursing in 1998, Mrs. Thompson earned her Master’s of Science degree from Kennesaw State University in 2007. Jennifer is Board Certified by American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She now resides in Flovilla with her family.

Cindy Richardson, APRN, FNP-C - has over 23 years experience in the nursing field and became a Registered Nurse in 1987. Mrs. Richardson loved the nursing field so much she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from North Georgia College in 1990. Cindy remained at North Georgia College and earned her Master’s of Science degree in 2008. She is Board Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Program. She now resides in Jackson with her husband.
