Sarah Conklin, FNP-C

Sarah Conklin, FNP-C was born in Stone Mountain, GA.  She received her Bachelor’s of Science from Georgia Baptist College of Nursing in Atlanta, GA in 1999.  She has enjoyed a fulfilling career as an Emergency Room nurse for the last 7 years.  She received her Masters of Science and Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, GA.  She resides with her husband, Timothy and her two children, Haley and Caleb.  She enjoys spending time with her family and relaxing in her spare time.
