Sam A. Khair, M.D.

Sam A. Khair, M.D. (pronounced "care") was raised in Waynesboro, Georgia, a small farming community south of Augusta.  He attended Georgia Southern university and Augusta College.  After earning his M.D. degree in 1989 at the Medical College of Georgia and completing his residency at the Memorial Medical Center in Savannah, Dr. Khair joined Dr. Steele in the fall of 1992.  Dr. Khair formerly served as Chairman of the Family Practice Department at Henry Medical Center.  He now resides in McDonough with his wife, Emily (from Minnesota) and his sons, Samuel and Andy.  Dr. Khair is a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Practice.
