Every time I visit Hampton, it is always a pleasure. All the office
staff members are very professional and very pleasant. I hope all of

& Dr. Bayley - Honeycreek Office -
We need a good pediatric office right
in this area. I have been to the neighboring pediatricians and have
been very dissatisfied with what they have to offer and the
extremely long wait times. Half of the time, I can't even get my
children in to be seen when they are sick. On one occasion I even
had to take my child to the ER just to be seen by someone. I am now
commuting from Conyers to McDonough with my two youngest children.
This is very inconvenient. My family has used ELFP for many years
and all of them used to be seen by Dr. Rasche in McDonough &
Ellenwood. Please bring in another pediatrician and set them up in
the Honeycreek office!!! Thanks for your consideration. -

of GA in negotiating a contract. My husband is a Henry County
employee and we have been patients at ELFP for years. Now we have
new insurance and find out within a week of it going into effect
that you are dropping BCBS of GA. I am also contacting BCBS of GA
and making my feelings known to them.

Hampton Office -
Dr. Fortson is the most knowledgeable doctor my family and I have
been too. He listens to what you have to say and genuinely cares
about the well being of his patients. He never makes us feel rushed
and explains things thoroughly. My mother, who is normally nervous
around doctors, is comfortable talking to him. I would highly
recommend Dr. Fortson to anyone and this practice is fortunate to

friendly way Dusty Relates to her patients. I have seen her several
times. Actually I prefer to see her over the other doctors. She
always takes the time to explain treatment or medications she
prescribes. She is easy going and easy to talk to. I don't need a

utmost respect and everyone was sincerely nice and pleasant. (THANK

Never before as a
patient or pharmacist have I seen a physician who evinced such
genuine and overwhelming care and compassion for her patients. I am
fortunate to work at a pharmacy quite near your Honey Creek office,
and have made ELFP at Honey Creek the primary provider for my entire
family, thanks in no small part to Dr. Bayley's dedication to her
patients. In truth, I have had a wonderful working "and" personal
(as a patient) relationship with everyone with whom I have met at

For Conyers Office -
I recently visited the Conyers office because
of severe facial pain. My dentist referred me to another dental
specialist because they thougt they would have to re-do a ten year
old root canal. My pain became so intense that I decided to visit
the Conyers clinic at about 7:00 one evening. I was extremely
impressed with the service I received from the front office staff
and the nurse taking the vital signs and writing down the reason for
my visit. The hours work extremely well also. I don't have to miss
work to get medical treatment! However, Dr. Wu was awesome! He was
extremely knowledgeable and professional but yet possessed that
"bedside manner" that patients need when they are in extreme pain. I
am so glad that I was lucky enough to get him on that night because
I would much rather treat a sinus infection over a sit for another
root canel anyday! I'm so glad that I discovered this clinic! This
will defintiely be my new (BFF)family practice medical facility, and
I will be sure my friends and family are aware of it. This has got

For Dusty McDaniel - Hampton

I want to say Kudos to Dusty McDaniel, she is
very personable and someone who doesn't talk over your head. She
breings it down on a level I can understand. And uses practical
knowledge as well as commom sense to treat her patients. I liked her
the first time I saw her. She is familiar with my medical history. I
have been a patient at Eagles Landing for over 13 years now. I have
seen many come and go. I also like Dr. Perry, Dr. Chun, who is my
next preference. Dr. Steele if you can ever get to see him. And Dr.
khair are also excellent Drs. Thanks for providing excellent care
for your patients. Sometimes the wait is long, but to me the service

Dr. Fortson has "always" been professional,
thorough, and takes time to listen to questions or concerns from the
patient. Has always been very knowledgeable and making the patient
