All submissions will be answered during regular business hours (Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm.) Submissions received after 3pm may not be answered until the following business day. If you need immediate assistance, please call us at (770) 268-4011. Our staff is always ready to answer questions and address any concerns you may have. You may also login to our patient portal to view your appointments, update your medical history or request a refill for a prescription.
