Turn left on GA-20/81 towards McDonough

Meet our Staff

Alex Wu, M.D., graduated from Marquette University in Wisconsin and received his Doctural Degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. He completed his residency at the University of Alabama in Birmingham-Huntsville. Dr. Wu’s medical interests include Pediatrics, Adult Medicine and Geriatrics. He also performs Cardiac Stress Tests in our Hwy 81 location.

Evelyn Redding, APRN, FNP-C, was born in New York, but she relocated with her family to Georgia during her elementary school years. She is a graduate of Georgia Baptist Hospital School of Nursing. Evelyn obtained her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nursing from Georgia State University. She has over 30 years experience in Nursing and 11 years as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Evelyn and her husband, Steve, reside in McDonough.

Sabrina-SimokaitisSabrina Simokaitis, FNP-C, grew up in Fayetteville, Georgia.  She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology from Emory University in 2002.  Sabrina went on to attend Gordon College where she earned her Associate Degree in Nursing in 2008 and Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2011.  She earned a Master of Science in Nursing Degree from Georgia Baptist College of Nursing of Mercer University in 2013.  Sabrina is certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.  She currently resides in Fayetteville with her husband and four children.

Sarah-Norton,-PASarah Norton, PA-C, was raised in Henry County and received her Bachelors of Science in 2006 and Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies in 2009  from Alderson Broaddus University (FKA Alderson Broaddus College).  Prior to beginning with ELFP, Sarah served the underserved in Ringgold, GA as a FP PA, and then in Physical Medicine Specialty in Calhoun, GA.  Now Sarah has came back to her roots to serve the people who helped raise her.  Sarah and her husband, Russell, now reside in McDonough with their 3 children.
